Kelley is a woman who spent most of her life in survival mode before choosing to truly heal and grow. Growing up in a home shaped by addiction taught her early how to be the strong one, the fixer, and the responsible one, even when she was falling apart inside.
She built a successful med spa, raised three children, and held everything together for everyone else. On the outside, it looked like she had it all. On the inside, she was exhausted and repeating painful patterns. After hitting rock bottom, she began years of deep inner work including shadow work, therapy, meditation, leaning into faith and embracing her feminine energy. The more she healed, the clearer she became: she wanted to help others do the same.
That’s why she created 4Dseven.
Kelley is currently intentionally single, not because she’s closed off to love, but because she chose to become the woman she wants to be first: grounded, open-hearted, and whole. After years of shrinking herself or over-functioning in relationships, she decided she would rather focus on her own growth and peace than settle for anything less than she deserves.
Through 4Dseven and her book Pretty Isn’t The Point, she shares the honest, sometimes funny, and deeply relatable truth about personal growth in all areas of life: relationships, career, finances, self-worth, and everything in between. If you’re tired of repeating the same patterns and ready to do things differently, you’re in the right place.
